Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, but you must request the pause or cancellation by contacting the membership team memberships@discussingmentalhealth.com . Pausing temporarily stops your membership while retaining your account, and cancellation ends your subscription without further payments.
Therapists are assigned based on your individual needs and goals. Each client is different, so we carefully match you with the professional best suited to support your specific requirements.
No, the instructor will provide all the necessary equipment. You just need to bring any personal medical items (if applicable) and appropriate gym clothing.
Yes. All therapists and trainers are carefully screened before joining our team. This includes verifying professional qualifications, ensuring that all therapists are accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and that all personal trainers hold a minimum Level 3 qualification or higher. We also carry out Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks to ensure they have no criminal record that would make them unsuitable to work with clients. In addition, we review their professional experience and references to make sure every team member meets our high standards for safety and quality of care.
Yes. All your personal information, session history, and any other data you provide are kept strictly confidential. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. Only authorized staff have access to your data, and it is never shared without your consent, except where required by law.
No, personal training and therapy sessions are included in your membership plan, depending on the package you choose. Each membership tier (Essential, Enhanced, or Premium) includes access to a set number of sessions, peer support pods, and premium content. Any additional or specialized sessions outside your plan may incur extra charges, which will be clearly communicated in advance.

At the end of your 7-day free trial, your plan will automatically renew at £69.99/month for the Essential Membership unless you cancel during the trial period. You’ll receive a reminder before the trial expires so you can decide whether to continue or upgrade to a different membership plan (Enhanced or Premium). If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged, and your access to sessions and content will stop.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time by contacting our membership team at memberships@discussingmentalhealth.com.Your membership will be updated either immediately or from your next billing cycle, depending on the plan.
No, there is no minimum commitment. You can join any of our membership plans on a flexible monthly basis and cancel or switch plans at any time by contacting our membership team.
