By combining therapy, movement, and community into one monthly membership, we’ve created a space that removes the barriers. No long waits, no clinical pressure, just real support that fits into real life.
With flexible sessions led by licensed professionals in person, online, and on demand, we go beyond awareness. We offer progress. DMH blends expert-led care with everyday language and relatable tools to help people feel stronger, mentally and physically.

Stephanie Bashford
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND FOUNDER
Stephanie Bashford is the founder of Discussing Mental Health, a platform shaped by lived experience and a drive for change. After facing personal loss and barriers to care, she created a model that combines therapy, movement, and community. Today, she leads DMH in delivering holistic, accessible support for real people and real life.

FINANCIAL OFFICER
I joined DMH to support Stephanie and help bring her vision to life. With a focus on community impact, I work to expand our reach, raise awareness, and ensure our support remains grounded in connection and accessibility. Together, we’re building a network that offers meaningful support to those who feel isolated — wherever they are.
