To share this approach with others, Stephanie developed the 30/30 Mind and Move Workshop, which blends gentle movement with mindfulness practices, creating a safe and approachable environment for personal growth. This workshop was tested and refined over a year as part of a successful pilot program with More Leisure Trust leisure centre in Ladywood, Birmingham, where it received overwhelmingly positive feedback for its ability to support emotional well-being.
