Should you encounter issues within any Interactive Service, we will provide contact details for moderators or support personnel.

Breach confidentiality or other legal duties owed to third parties;
Advocate or promote illegal activities, including contempt of court;
Threaten, abuse, invade privacy, or cause unnecessary distress or annoyance;
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliations;
Mislead others into believing Contributions originate from DMH if this is not the case;
Encourage or incite terrorism or related unlawful acts;
Contain unauthorized advertising, solicitations, or external links.
 
8. Enforcement and Breach of Policy

We reserve the right to take appropriate action where a breach of this Policy is suspected or confirmed. Such actions may include, but are not limited to:
Temporary or permanent suspension or termination of your access to the Site;
Removal of any offending Contributions;
Issuance of warnings or notices;
Pursuing legal remedies, including claims for damages and costs;
Reporting breaches to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
We disclaim any liability for the consequences of enforcement actions taken in good faith to uphold this Policy.
 
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy, its formation, interpretation, and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both you and DMH agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
